🛡️ Hiring: GRC Analyst – Dallas, TX (Onsite, 3 Days/Week)
💲 Rate: Negotiable | Job Type: Contract
We are actively looking for a results-driven GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) Analyst to support IT Security, Audit, and Compliance initiatives in an onsite role based in Dallas, TX. This position requires a hands-on expert in SOX compliance, policy development, and risk governance.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Author, maintain, and enhance IT Security policies, standards, and SOX control documents
- Contribute to risk assessments, audit processes, and compliance programs
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive GRC initiatives and compliance readiness
- Assist in documenting and improving governance frameworks and IT security controls
- Support efforts to enhance the overall risk posture and reporting processes
- Use GRC tools to conduct compliance monitoring and reporting activities
🧠 Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in IT Security, Risk Management, Audit, and Compliance
- Strong documentation skills with ability to create and maintain standard policy/procedure documents
- Experience working with SOX compliance and internal controls
- Proficiency with standard office software for documentation and reporting
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to work across teams
🌟 Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to RSA Archer GRC tool
- Experience working with or within a Big 4 consulting firm
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Proven ability to identify and resolve GRC-related issues
