🔧 Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incident management: troubleshooting issues like inaccessible servers, broken URLs, and access issues.
  • Create and manage IPv4 policies and NAT configurations.
  • Analyze traffic logs and resolve network access and flow problems.
  • Configure and support GlobalProtect VPN, SSL VPN, and Zero Trust network setups.
  • Utilize Palo Alto Firewall including Panorama for centralized management.
  • Perform traffic flow analysis and security profile tuning.
  • Work with Active Directory integrations and ensure compliance with enterprise access controls.
  • Leverage Splunk for monitoring, logging, and security event correlation.
  • Handle cloud migration-related tasks and ensure secure transitions.
  • Use ServiceNow for managing incidents, changes, and service requests.

💡 Required Skills:

  • Strong experience with Palo Alto Firewalls and Panorama
  • In-depth knowledge of VPNs: GlobalProtect, SSL VPN
  • Understanding of TCP protocols and traffic flow analysis
  • Zero Trust Network security architecture knowledge
  • Cloud migration expertise (Azure/AWS)
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory integration
  • Strong skills in NAT policies and firewall rules
  • Hands-on with Splunk for log analysis
  • Experience with ServiceNow ticketing system
  • Change and incident management process understanding
