📝 Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Encompass Admin with deep expertise in the Mortgage domain and Ellie Mae's Encompass Loan Origination System (LOS). You will be responsible for the full lifecycle administration, configuration, support, and optimization of the Encompass platform. This includes stakeholder management, workflow design, and maintaining regulatory compliance across the system. 💼

🔧 Key Responsibilities

  • Configure Encompass settings including user roles, access control, and system security
  • Design, maintain, and optimize workflows, input forms, business rules, and milestones
  • Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize requirements
  • Provide data analysis, GAP analysis, and requirement elicitation using appropriate tools
  • Manage third-party integrations and ensure seamless data flow and system compliance
  • Deliver end-user support, manage help desk tickets, and conduct user training
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and reporting regulations by developing custom reports
  • Continuously identify opportunities for performance, workflow, and UX improvements
  • Perform risk analysis and support product function enhancements where applicable

✅ Required Skills

  • 10+ years of experience in Encompass Administration and Mortgage Technology
  • Strong understanding of mortgage processes and terminology (correspondent lending experience preferred)
  • Expertise in Encompass configuration settings, workflow logic, and user management
  • Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting
  • Strong background in GAP analysis, requirement documentation, and process modeling (MS Visio)
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
