This role is based in the heart of New York City and involves working with TRIRIGA applications to customize, implement, and support integrated workplace management solutions.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop custom modules and workflows using IBM TRIRIGA.
  • Perform system configurations, data integrations, and functional enhancements.
  • Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to define requirements.
  • Provide ongoing support, upgrades, and issue resolution for TRIRIGA systems.
  • Ensure application performance and compliance with business policies.

✅ Required Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with IBM TRIRIGA platform (development & configuration).
  • Knowledge of TRIRIGA modules such as Real Estate, Space, Operations, and Capital Projects.
  • Familiarity with BIRT Reports, UX/UI customization, and workflow scripting.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

🎓 Experience:

4–6 years of experience with IBM TRIRIGA development and support.
