Rate: $63/hr (W2/C2C)

🛠 Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer with hands-on experience in UiPath to join an exciting new digital automation initiative (Phase 2). The ideal candidate will bring expertise in designing, developing, and supporting scalable RPA solutions while adhering to UiPath best practices.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable RPA solutions using UiPath
  • Capture and translate business logic into automation workflows
  • Model SAP and web-based processes in UiPath Studio
  • Perform bug fixes, error log analysis, and troubleshooting
  • Lead all phases of development: planning, analysis, design, build, testing
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams for seamless automation delivery

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on UiPath development experience
  • 6+ years total IT experience
  • Proficient with object cloning on browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox)
  • Experience with SAP automation via UiPath
  • Deep understanding of RPA design patterns, best practices, and architecture
  • Proficiency in Agile development methodologies
  • UiPath Advanced RPA Developer Certification (UiARD or UiADP) – Mandatory
  • ITIL certification is a plus

🎓 Education:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field

📋 Managerial & Soft Skills:

  • Self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to create consensus across cross-functional teams
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills
