🔧 Job Overview:

We are actively seeking a skilled AV Technician with hands-on experience in Audio-Visual (AV) and Video Conferencing (VC) systems. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic team in Marlborough, MA and support enterprise-level AV infrastructure across meeting rooms, auditoriums, and collaboration spaces.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

• Setup, configure, and troubleshoot AV & VC systems including projectors, displays, microphones, speakers, and codecs
• Support daily operations of conference rooms, including Zoom, Teams, or WebEx-enabled environments
• Coordinate with vendors and IT support for equipment maintenance and upgrades
• Ensure smooth functioning of live events, virtual meetings, and presentations
• Document AV system layouts, cable plans, and configuration settings

✅ Required Skills & Experience:

• 4–6 years of experience in AV systems and video conferencing support
• Knowledge of AV front-end systems (displays, control panels, switching hardware)
• Experience with platforms such as Zoom, Cisco WebEx, Microsoft Teams, Polycom
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to support multi-room environments and corporate events

🎓 Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications such as CTS or equivalent AV credentials (a plus)
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Electronics, or related field (preferred)
