📝 Job Description

Infosys is seeking a skilled Utilities Field Service Management Functional Consultant to lead solutioning and delivery efforts in Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC) or equivalent platforms. You’ll work directly with key stakeholders to design and deliver high-value solutions for electric and gas distribution enterprises. This remote opportunity offers the flexibility of working from anywhere in the U.S., while supporting Eastern Time Zone operations. 🚀

✅ Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent (or 3+ years of relevant experience in lieu of education)
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Information Technology

⭐ Preferred Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years in Utilities Field Service Management domain
  • Functional lead experience in requirement gathering, solutioning, and architecture
  • Industry knowledge of electric and gas utility distribution processes
  • Hands-on with one or more FSM tools: Oracle Field Service, Salesforce FSM, IFS, or Microsoft D365
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Proven ability to lead global teams and deliver in distributed environments
  • Experience in Agile, global delivery models, and high-level design documentation

🌐 Work Environment

  • Remote-friendly role (EST timezone availability preferred)
  • May require occasional travel to client/project locations across the U.S.
