📝 Role Overview:

We are hiring a highly experienced Support Executive with deep knowledge of Capital Markets, specifically Fixed Income products such as FX, Cash, and Derivatives. The candidate will join a 24x7 global support team for Fixed Income Trading, Pricing, and Risk Management Systems.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver round-the-clock production support across multiple time zones.
  • Lead incident response, problem management, and root cause analysis.
  • Ensure high availability and stability of critical trading applications like ION and Bloomberg TOMS.
  • Conduct Production Data Analysis using tools like ServiceNow, PowerPoint, Excel.
  • Drive continuous improvement with reporting and monitoring tools.
  • Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to ensure incident closure and system reliability.

✅ Essential Skills:

  • Capital Markets domain experience (Fixed Income: FX, Cash, Derivatives).
  • Strong hands-on experience in Linux, SQL, and scripting languages (Shell, Perl, Java, Python).
  • Exposure to enterprise tools: Control-M, Geneos ITRS, ServiceNow.
  • Production support of real-time trading and market risk systems.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • ITIL-based Service Management practices.
