🔍 Job Overview:

We are looking for a Functional Testing Lead with strong experience in functional testing, backend validation, and quality assurance of complex retail e-commerce systems. You’ll play a vital role in validating promotions, subscriptions, and rewards flows across web and mobile platforms.

💼 Responsibilities:

• Design, review, and execute end-to-end test scenarios for web and mobile platforms.
• Participate in sprint grooming sessions to clarify requirements.
• Conduct functional and API testing using Postman and Charles Proxy.
• Perform backend data validation with MongoDB.
• Collaborate with offshore QA teams and stakeholders in a global delivery model.
• Test and validate complex retail flows related to promotions, rewards, and subscriptions.
• Document results and manage test cases using Jira and Zephyr.
• Communicate issues and test progress effectively across teams.

✅ Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Functional Testing for web and mobile applications.
• Hands-on API testing with Postman and Charles Proxy.
• Experience in backend testing using MongoDB.
• Proficiency in Jira and Zephyr for test management.
• Retail e-commerce experience preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
