🔍 Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Selenium Automation Lead with a strong background in Java, mobile testing using Appium, and exposure to API automation and AWS. The ideal candidate will bring a collaborative mindset and leadership ability to drive QA excellence in a dynamic environment.

💼 Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement test automation frameworks and scripts using Selenium with Java.
• Perform automated testing on mobile applications using Appium.
• Execute test scripts and analyze test results to ensure system functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
• Estimate testing efforts and plan test automation activities accordingly.
• Lead test initiatives with an emphasis on root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to API automation and mobile test strategy as needed.
• Work in a cloud-first environment with exposure to AWS and related QA tools.
• Promote a team-oriented culture, facilitate problem-solving, and recognize team contributions.

✅ Required Skills:

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in Selenium Automation with Java.
• Strong Java programming and scripting skills.
• Experience in mobile testing using Appium.
• Familiarity with API automation tools and practices.
• Understanding of cloud environments and AWS concepts.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
