🔍 Job Summary:

Valzosoft is seeking a skilled Senior Business Analyst with extensive expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Data Governance. This role is crucial for driving the delivery and implementation of enterprise-wide IAM capabilities that align with compliance, risk, and business goals.

🎯 Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of IAM capabilities and ensure alignment with enterprise risk and compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with IAM Architects, Product Owners, Engineers, and senior stakeholders to define and validate requirements.
  • Document business processes, governance procedures, control ownership, and process improvements.
  • Support system integration, user training, and adoption for authentication/IAM services.
  • Assist in generating metrics and reports on IAM adoption, usage, and control effectiveness.

🔧 Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding of IAM governance frameworks and compliance.
  • Proven ability to lead process improvement initiatives within security operations.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
  • Experience in data governance and control documentation.
  • Familiarity with system integration and enterprise authentication technologies.

💼 Experience:

8+ years as a Business Analyst, with at least 4+ years focused on IAM and enterprise security/governance projects.
