📌 Role Overview:

Client is looking for a proactive and experienced Senior Business Analyst with deep expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM) and cybersecurity governance. The ideal candidate will lead the end-to-end implementation and process improvement of IAM solutions aligned with enterprise risk, compliance, and security standards.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive full lifecycle delivery and implementation of IAM capabilities across the organization.
  • Define and maintain IAM process flows, control documentation, and governance procedures.
  • Work closely with IAM architects, product owners, engineers, and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate business and technical requirements.
  • Support system integration, user training, and user adoption for new IAM services.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on IAM control effectiveness, usage metrics, and compliance posture.

✅ Required Skills:

  • 8–10 years of business analysis experience in Cybersecurity and IAM domains.
  • Expertise in IAM governance, process improvement, and control ownership.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills (process flows, guidance documents, test plans).
  • Hands-on experience in risk, compliance, and IT security environments.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex solution delivery timelines.

🎓 Education:

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or certifications in IAM/Cybersecurity preferred.
