📝 Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Snowflake Developer to design, implement, and optimize scalable data ingestion architectures and pipelines. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Snowflake features and have a strong background in ETL/ELT processes, SQL, and Python.

⚡ Key Responsibilities

  • 📥 Lead the design and implementation of scalable data ingestion architectures and pipelines into Snowflake.
  • 🛠️ Develop, maintain, and optimize ETL/ELT processes using Snowpipe, Streams, and Tasks.
  • 📝 Write complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and UDFs for data manipulation.
  • 🐍 Utilize Python for automation, data processing, and Snowflake integrations.
  • 🔄 Implement data transformation workflows using tools like dbt.
  • ⚡ Optimize query performance and data loading efficiency.
  • ✅ Ensure data quality, validation, and monitoring for accuracy and consistency.
  • 🔐 Establish and enforce data security and governance policies.
  • 🤖 Develop and maintain automation scripts and CI/CD pipelines.
  • 🤝 Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide technical guidance.
  • 🛠️ Troubleshoot and resolve data ingestion issues.
  • 📈 Stay updated with Snowflake features and industry trends.

🛠️ Required Skills

  • Snowflake data warehousing expertise.
  • Strong SQL skills (queries, stored procedures, UDFs).
  • Python for automation and data integration.
  • Experience with Snowpipe, Streams, Tasks.
  • ETL/ELT pipeline design and optimization.
  • Data quality, governance, and security best practices.

⭐ Good-to-Have Skills

  • ☁️ Experience with Redshift, BigQuery, or data lake technologies.
