  • Plan, execute, and optimize retail media campaigns across:

    • On-site platforms (e.g., product pages, search results)

    • Off-site platforms (e.g., social media, programmatic advertising)

✅ Performance Analysis

  • Track key performance metrics

  • Use data analytics to refine campaign effectiveness and ROI

✅ Client Management

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients

  • Build long-term relationships and ensure customer satisfaction

✅ Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, AdOps)

  • Ensure seamless execution and alignment with business objectives

✅ Innovation & Optimization

  • Stay updated with industry trends and AdTech innovations

  • Recommend strategies to enhance performance and revenue

✅ Team Leadership (if applicable)

  • Mentor junior specialists and foster a high-performance team culture

🛠️ Required Skills & Experience:

  • 6–8 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Retail Media, or AdTech

  • Deep understanding of retail media networks and their ecosystem

  • Experience with programmatic advertising platforms

  • Proficiency in performance analysis, reporting tools, and dashboards

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

  • Background in e-commerce or digital-first organizations preferred
