⚖️ We're Hiring: Associate Attorneys – Workers’ Compensation

📍 Locations (Must Reside in CA): El Segundo (HQ), Fresno, San Diego, Oakland, Ontario, Orange, Redding, Sacramento, San Jose, Westlake Village
💼 Employment Type: Full-Time with Benefits
🏠 Work Setup: 90% Remote / 10% In-Person (Occasional Office Visits)
💲 Salary Range:
• 5–7 Years WC Experience – $200,000
• 7–10 Years – $210,000
• 10+ Years – $220,000

🔍 Key Responsibilities

  • Represent insurance carriers, TPAs, and self-insured employers in WC cases
  • Draft pleadings and legal correspondence
  • Attend court appearances and depositions (remote & in-person)
  • Negotiate settlements and lien claims
  • Manage legal calendar, deadlines, and case updates in PracticeMaster
  • Mentor legal assistants and support staff
  • Conduct client trainings on evolving WC case law
  • Participate in client marketing and relationship-building events
  • Maintain deep knowledge of California WC laws and updates

✅ Required Qualifications

  • Must be licensed to practice law in California
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Workers’ Compensation defense
  • Strong case management and litigation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficient with legal billing software and document management
