📌 Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced OpenText Consultant to join a dynamic team supporting one of our leading clients in Rosemead, CA. The ideal candidate will bring deep functional and technical expertise in OpenText product suites with strong integration, scripting, and infrastructure skills.

🧠 Must-Have Experience:

• 🗃️ OpenText Content Server
• 💾 OpenText Archive Center
• 🔄 OpenText Transformation Server
• 👥 OpenText Directory Services
• 📂 OpenText Extended ECM
• 🧱 Solution architecture & consultation experience with platform products

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• ✅ Provide day-to-day technical and functional support for OpenText applications.
• 🤝 Liaise with nearshore/offshore teams, business users, and IT stakeholders.
• 🛠️ Ensure high system availability and performance.
• 🔌 REST APIs, Web Services, Java, SQL Server for integration and development.
• 📐 Module development, OSCRIPT customization, and .NET/MVC-based enhancements.
• 🔗 Integration experience with S4/HANA, KOFAX Total Agility, SuccessFactors.
• ☁️ SaaS/OpenText Cloud, ECS, and Google Cloud Archive Center experience.
• 📈 Develop Web Reports, Live Reports, and workflow-based solutions.
• 🧰 Configure Content Server workflows, document pipelines, and connectors.
• 🔍 Automation scripting for archival, job management, and indexing.
• 🖥️ IIS, Tomcat, and Windows Server 2016/2019 configuration support.
• 🔒 Manage users and SSO through Directory Services & Active Directory.
• 🤖 Exposure to PEGA RPA and UiPath for automation integration.

🌟 Preferred Competencies:

• 📦 Archive Center cluster configuration, indexing, and job scheduling.
• 🔗 Experience with OpenText SaaS and cloud integrations.
• 📊 Platform upgrade expertise (on-prem and cloud environments).
• 🛠️ Document Presentment gateway configuration knowledge.
• 🧮 Batch scripting and Windows/Linux environment troubleshooting.
