Valzosoft is seeking an experienced SAP HCM Consultant to join our client's dynamic team in Rosemead, CA. The ideal candidate will bring a solid background in Time & Payroll configuration, with hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors and functional business analysis within complex ERP environments.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and drive improvement opportunities within SAP HCM business systems.
  • Assist with testing to uncover process gaps, errors, or user issues.
  • Support and maintain Time & Payroll modules, including configuration and enhancements.
  • Manage multiple development and support projects simultaneously.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

✅ Required Skills:

  • Minimum 4 years of SAP HCM experience in functional consulting roles.
  • Strong expertise in Time and Payroll module configuration and support.
  • Hands-on knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors is highly desirable.
  • Excellent testing, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, multi-project environment and meet deadlines.

🎓 Experience:

4+ years of experience as an SAP HCM Functional Consultant, with a focus on Time & Payroll modules.
