🔧 Role Summary

We're seeking an experienced SCCM Engineer to join the IT EUCS Tools team at Experian. You will be responsible for managing enterprise-wide endpoint configuration using Microsoft SCCM, ensuring patch compliance, software distribution, and overall endpoint security. If you have deep knowledge in EUCS tools, this role is your next big step! 💻

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the enterprise Microsoft SCCM (Endpoint Configuration Manager) environment
  • Perform software packaging, deployments, and OS imaging across a global user base
  • Monitor compliance, automate patching, and manage update rollouts
  • Work with EUCS tools like SCOM for monitoring and reporting purposes
  • Coordinate with IT support teams to troubleshoot endpoint issues and SCCM deployments
  • Generate and maintain documentation for processes, reports, and configurations

✅ Required Skills

  • 6–8 years of experience in SCCM engineering and desktop infrastructure management
  • Expertise with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM), SCOM, and Intune
  • Strong experience in software packaging (MSI, EXE), deployment automation, and WSUS
  • Solid PowerShell scripting skills for automation and reporting
  • Familiarity with compliance policies, endpoint hardening, and vulnerability remediation
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills
