📝 Job Description

Client is seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant with SAP EAM expertise for a QA and testing-driven role. You will support validation, solution assurance, and end-to-end quality across a complex SAP environment within the Utilities domain. Collaborate with elite teams, innovate on real-time challenges, and deliver high-quality, defect-free solutions.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze requirements, create test strategy & design optimal test environments
  • Lead testing execution, including System Integration, Regression, and E2E testing
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and QA managers
  • Use tools like SAP ALM and MF ALM for test scripts, validations, and documentation
  • Ensure high-quality deliverables for SAP EAM, FSM, SSAM applications
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, planning, and status reporting

✅ Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent (or equivalent experience)
  • 4+ years in Information Technology with SAP testing experience
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Pomona, CA (VI candidates preferred)

⭐ Preferred Qualifications

  • 4+ years in SAP EAM, FSM, SSAM—preferably in a Utility domain
  • Experience leading testing in SAP transformation projects (S/4 HANA)
  • Hands-on with procurement, asset lifecycle management, and service execution
  • Skilled in estimating scope, managing test cycles, and defect triage
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
