📌 Role Overview:

Join our Telecom data engineering team as a Data & Analytics Developer, working on next-gen 4G/5G and wireline network usage records. Build high-performance analytics engines, support legal & billing use cases, and drive AI/ML-powered insights in the telecom domain.

🔧 Responsibilities:

  • Handle 4G/5G and wireline networks' data usage records for billing, legal, compliance & network insights.
  • Develop analytics engine framework for network planning and service assurance.
  • Translate business requirements into end-to-end technical solutions and data flows.
  • Provide domain-level solutions for 3GPP-based use cases.
  • Work with Ericsson/Nokia Mediation Systems for data processing.
  • Coach Agile teams, manage risks, and drive stakeholder communication.
  • Create project plans, and deliver regular reports to leadership.

🎯 Required Skills & Experience:

  • 17+ years of experience in the 3GPP telecom domain (hands-on).
  • Strong knowledge of software, networking, and data mediation systems.
  • Experience with Ericsson/Nokia systems and Packet Broker/Probes.
  • Ability to translate complex telecom data flows into technical architectures.
  • Expertise in billing, compliance, and network performance data handling.
  • Strong communication and multi-stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in Data Engineering and AI/ML concepts.

✅ Preferred Skills:

  • Hands-on with AI/ML implementations in Telecom analytics.
  • Familiar with Agile frameworks and project planning tools.
  • Risk mitigation and stakeholder communication expertise.
