We are seeking an experienced Voice Technology Engineer specializing in Genesys Engage Infrastructure to support mission-critical systems in a contact center environment. This role focuses on maintaining and patching infrastructure for various technologies moving toward Genesys Cloud integration.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Support and maintain Genesys Engage environment: IVR, routing (Voice/Email/Chat), and Avaya phone system integration
- Manage NICE IEX Workforce Management configurations and integrations
- Support Cyara test and monitoring platform for contact center validation
- Handle Medallia Queue-to-Callback technology and virtual hold systems
- Maintain infrastructure across environments (patching, certificate management, upgrades, etc.)
- Provide after-hours support as needed for production environments
