📌 Job Overview:

Client is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst with deep experience in the Banking and Financial Technology domain. The ideal candidate should be highly skilled in Finance General Ledger (GL) processes, regulatory compliance analytics, and functional testing.

🧠 Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze business requirements, write BRDs, and create JIRA stories.
  • Write detailed test scripts and perform end-to-end functional testing.
  • Engage with stakeholders to define system enhancements and document functional specifications.
  • Run SQL queries for data validation and analysis.
  • Collaborate with compliance teams on regulatory and risk-related projects.

✅ Required Skills:

  • 8–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Banking & Financial Services domain.
  • Strong knowledge of Finance GL processes, preferably with SAP exposure.
  • Comfortable with SQL queries, test case development, and writing functional specs.
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
  • Experience working in Agile environments using JIRA.

🎓 Education:

Master’s degree preferred; Bachelor's in Business, Finance, or IT required.
