🔍 About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Release Manager with a strong background in Network Infrastructure & IT Service Management to lead high-impact programs within the banking and financial domain. This role demands end-to-end delivery expertise, cross-functional coordination, and excellent communication skills to oversee multiple complex and interdependent projects.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

  • 📌 Lead end-to-end network infrastructure delivery projects aligned with banking standards.
  • 🧩 Translate business requirements into technical execution for network solutions.
  • 🔄 Coordinate delivery across FTEs, vendors, and global stakeholders.
  • 📅 Manage change/release schedules, mitigate risks, and handle escalations.
  • 📈 Monitor performance, report progress, and maintain alignment with STI & RDM governance frameworks.
  • 🧠 Influence cross-functional teams and drive on-time delivery of all milestones.

✅ Requirements:

  • 🎓 Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • 📚 5+ years of experience in technical network program/project roles, ideally in Financial Services.
  • 📊 PMP, ITIL certifications preferred; CCNA or other networking credentials a plus.
  • 🌐 Proven track record in global delivery, stakeholder management, and multi-vendor coordination.
  • 📣 Strong verbal and written communication skills; confident in presenting to leadership.
  • 🧩 Familiarity with SDWAN, LAN/WAN, Voice, Video, Cloud, Virtualization, SASE, Wireless, and Emerging Technologies.
