We are actively seeking skilled Desktop Support Developers to join our infrastructure services team. • Provide onsite and remote desktop support for Windows and Mac environments

• Collaborate with IT infrastructure and service desk teams to resolve escalations
• Document resolutions, FAQs, and support materials for recurring issues

✅ Required Skills

• 6–8 years of experience in IT desktop support or infrastructure services
• Proficient with Windows OS, MS Office Suite, hardware diagnostics, and imaging tools
• Experience with Active Directory, ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow), and remote tools
• Strong communication and end-user interaction skills
• Ability to work across multiple locations and coordinate support activities
