🧾 Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced MacOS Endpoint Administrator to enhance our IT endpoint security team. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in managing Apple devices using JamF PRO, and support Symantec EDR integration. You'll be responsible for the patching, deployment, and optimization of Mac systems across our enterprise environment.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain MacOS systems using JamF PRO at an advanced level
• Ensure timely OS and third-party software patching for all managed Apple endpoints
• Design and implement automated software deployment workflows
• Streamline new Apple hardware provisioning and system onboarding
• Provide 3rd-level technical support for complex MacOS and endpoint-related issues
• Collaborate with internal IT and InfoSec teams to enhance endpoint security posture

✅ Required Skills:

• Expertise in MacOS administration via JamF PRO
• Strong understanding of patch management and software updates in Mac environments
• Experience automating software deployments and configurations
• Excellent problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills
• Strong communication and team collaboration abilities
