We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Regulatory Reporting and Operational Risk Manager. This individual will play a crucial role in overseeing EMEA regulatory regimes and supporting key reporting initiatives out of our Waterbury, CT office.

🔎 Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage operations for Regulatory Reporting obligations ensuring timely and accurate submissions
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Technology, Finance) and external vendors to collect and analyze regulatory data and project requirements
  • Develop, document, and maintain policies, process flows, business requirements, and project plans
  • Provide comprehensive project status reporting for new regulatory and technical developments
  • Monitor and proactively respond to changes in regulatory frameworks across EMEA
  • Evaluate internal policy and new business impacts on Regulatory Reporting workflows
  • Support automation, reengineering, and improvement of regulatory reporting systems
  • Deliver business intelligence and data analysis reporting on a regular basis

✅ Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in regulatory reporting, compliance, or risk management, preferably in a global operations context
  • Strong knowledge of EMEA regulatory frameworks and international compliance standards
  • Ability to manage cross-functional projects with various stakeholders
  • Experience designing and documenting operational processes and workflows
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
