Job Title: Active Directory Architect (Remote)

We are seeking a highly experienced Active Directory Architect to join our team and lead enterprise-level identity management projects. This remote opportunity is ideal for professionals skilled in Azure AD migrations, especially in merger and acquisition (M&A) scenarios.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement secure, scalable Active Directory infrastructure across hybrid environments.
• Lead migrations from on-premises Active Directory to Azure AD with minimal disruption.
• Manage identity consolidation projects in M&A scenarios.
• Create automation scripts using PowerShell for AD management tasks.
• Ensure identity security, DNS/DHCP setup, Group Policies, and conditional access policies.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Active Directory architecture and administration.
• Hands-on experience with On-Prem AD and Azure AD migrations.
• Involvement in M&A-related AD-to-AD migration projects.
• Strong expertise in DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and synchronization tools.
• Deep understanding of Azure AD and identity lifecycle management.
• Advanced PowerShell scripting skills for automation.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., MCSE, Azure Solutions Architect).
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.
