🛠️ Role: SailPoint IIQ Development Lead / Architect

The SailPoint IIQ Development Lead/Architect will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing advanced identity governance solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ. This individual will play a critical role in managing the entire identity lifecycle, leading implementations, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

  • Solution Design:
    • Develop scalable architectural solutions using SailPoint IIQ
    • Translate business needs into technical requirements
  • Development & Implementation:
    • Customize and deploy SailPoint IIQ modules and integrations
    • Implement provisioning/deprovisioning and certification lifecycles
  • Technical Leadership:
    • Lead development and mentor team members
    • Develop rules, workflows, and lifecycle events
  • Project Management:
    • Manage deliverables, timelines, and cross-functional coordination
  • Troubleshooting & Support:
    • Handle escalations and maintain SailPoint IIQ infrastructure

✅ Required Experience & Skills

  • 10+ years of experience in identity governance and SailPoint IIQ
  • Proven experience designing and implementing SailPoint solutions
  • Expertise at E2 to E3 level in SailPoint IIQ Development
  • Strong coding skills (Java, XML)
  • Integration knowledge (REST, SOAP, LDAP, Active Directory)
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills
