🔍 Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Backend Developer with 10+ years of experience in Java backend development, Node.js, and MongoDB. The ideal candidate will have strong domain knowledge in retail data systems and hands-on expertise with AWS Kinesis, data security, CI/CD pipelines, and real-time data processing.

💼 Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain backend services using Java, Node.js, and Spring Boot.
• Design and optimize MongoDB and NoSQL database solutions.
• Work with retail domain data models (items, inventory, promotions, subscriptions, etc.).
• Implement secure data handling including encryption and masking.
• Automate and manage data integration and migration jobs.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for deployment and testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and offshore teams to deliver projects.

✅ Required Skills:

• 10+ years in Java backend development and Node.js.
• Strong experience in MongoDB, SQL, and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with AWS Kinesis for real-time analytics.
• Familiarity with synthetic data creation and test environments.
• Hands-on CI/CD and job automation/scheduling knowledge.
