🧠 Role Summary:

Client is seeking a highly experienced IAM Architect / Developer with a proven background in Cybersecurity, Identity & Access Management (IAM), and Data Architecture. You’ll be responsible for designing secure, scalable IAM solutions across complex systems while collaborating with various teams to ensure alignment with both security and business goals.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

• Design enterprise-level IAM solutions that span multiple systems and meet business and security objectives.
• Create and gain consensus on architectural designs.
• Lead and guide teammates, developers, and solution partners for proper implementation.
• Analyze requirements and provide technically sound, scalable IAM solutions.
• Support delivery of projects with clearly defined deadlines and milestones.

✅ Required Skills:

• Minimum 8 years of experience designing/architecting IT systems.
• At least 3 years focused on Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.
• Proficiency in Cybersecurity concepts and data architecture principles.
• Excellent problem-solving and system analysis skills.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and project coordination skills.

🎓 Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
