🔍 Role Overview:

Client is seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Senior Data Analyst to lead data initiatives and shape analytics strategy at the VP level. This role involves deep work with Power BI, SQL, Excel, and ignio AIOps tools, with an emphasis on leadership, innovation, and business enablement through data.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, process, and analyze large datasets to support executive decision-making.
  • Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI or Tableau.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data needs and deliver actionable insights.
  • Lead junior data analysts and establish best practices and standards in data analytics.
  • Communicate data findings to business leaders to drive strategic outcomes.

✅ Required Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel.
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI (or Tableau).
  • Understanding of ignio AIOps or similar data intelligence platforms.
  • Excellent analytical and statistical interpretation skills.
  • Leadership qualities – ability to establish practices, train teams, and own delivery standards.
  • Familiarity with IAM concepts and infrastructure fundamentals is a plus.

🎓 Education:

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred in Data Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
