🔍 Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Documentum Lead Developer with deep expertise in EMC Documentum, Java 1.8+, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs. You will lead development, system integration, and platform modernization initiatives, ensuring stateless, scalable, and cloud-ready architecture for enterprise applications. You’ll collaborate with business stakeholders and offshore teams to own full-cycle deliverables.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design, analysis, and deployment of applications on the Documentum platform.
• Execute product specifications, system designs, and integration activities.
• Modernize legacy implementations with event-driven architecture.
• Refactor services to be fully stateless and cloud-native.
• Coordinate with business users, offshore teams, and internal stakeholders for requirements gathering and delivery.

✅ Technical Requirements:

• 8+ years of Documentum development (Webtop 16.x, DFC 22.x, Content Server 22.x).
• 2+ years in Documentum D2 configuration.
• 8+ years in Java 1.8+ development.
• Hands-on with Spring Boot, RESTful services, SOAP, OData.
• Strong object-oriented design and development principles.
• Proficiency with Git, Apache Maven, and build tools.
• Experience with backend databases – Oracle and SQL Server preferred.
• Web development skills in JavaScript, jQuery, AngularJS, KnockoutJS, or JQuery UI.
• Familiarity with TFS and Agile processes.
