We’re seeking an experienced RPA Architect to lead automation initiatives for a key client in Sunnyvale, CA. This role involves partnering with business and technical stakeholders to design scalable RPA solutions that improve operational efficiency and align with enterprise goals.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Process Analysis: Identify and assess business processes for RPA potential and gather detailed automation requirements.
• Solution Design: Architect end-to-end automation using UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism with exception handling and integrations.
• Governance & Scalability: Define RPA governance models, establish standards, and ensure compliance with security protocols.
• Testing & Deployment: Oversee bot testing (unit, integration, UAT), deployment, and performance optimization.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, and vendors to ensure solution alignment.
• Innovation: Stay abreast of emerging RPA, AI, and automation trends and introduce cutting-edge enhancements.

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of overall automation experience
• Minimum 2–3 years in RPA solution architecture and implementation
• Hands-on experience with UiPath or Automation Anywhere
• Proficiency in scripting/programming with Python
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
